Seiyo No Shorin-Ryu Karate Kobudo Kai is a growing martial arts association which accepts applications from Shorin-Ryu Karate & Kobudo martial artists, schools and associations as well as derivative martial artists (i.e., Shotokan, Wado, Kyokushinkai, etc) interested in affiliated with a legitimate martial arts association. You will be required to submit a copy of your current rank certificate & a completed application form. If accepted, you will be need to pay an initiation fee and annual dues thereafter. The initiation fee (US$35) pays for your member card, window decal and gi patch. Thereafter, you will pay annual dues of $20/year that is due by January 15th.

Soke Hausel is available to teach martial arts clinics to affiliated groups and members of the association - this fee is US$2500 for an 8 hour clinic (plus expenses). It is our hope you will attempt to learn our art and test for your rank certification in our art. Seiyo No Shorin-Ryu Karate Kobudo Kai is a traditional martial art that is designed for self-improvement, self-esteem and the art is designed to teach students pragmatic self-defense, one-punch knockouts, and realistic kata.
